Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI development, software development, automation, systems integration or related technology roles.
• Working knowledge of APIs, SQL/databases, system integration and workflow automation.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agents or related AI technologies.
• Ability to develop, test, troubleshoot and implement practical AI and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environment and general corporate IT support.
• Experience coordinating with external AI, software or IT vendors is an advantage.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, water/wastewater or technical service environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity and business processes.
• Develop, configure, implement and maintain internal AI and automation solutions.
• Support AI/LLM solutions, internal knowledge tools, chatbots, workflow automation, data analysis and other digital applications.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing systems, databases and business processes using APIs and other technologies.
• Test, troubleshoot, monitor and continuously improve implemented solutions.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the company’s environment.
• Work with AI partners on larger-scale projects and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate discussions, system design, testing, user acceptance, implementation and follow-up.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and issues, ensuring knowledge transfer from partners.
