Job summary

The role involves end-to-end implementation, collaboration with AI engineers and product teams, and travel to regional projects. English proficiency is essential; Chinese is a plus for global client support.

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia without visa sponsorship.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
1–2 years in industrial automation or technical operations.
Willingness to travel internationally to support regional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site or remote deployment of AI solutions in industrial environments (semiconductor, advanced manufacturing).
Translate customer requirements into practical system configurations and AI workflows.
Drive end-to-end implementation: integration, validation, and optimization.
Diagnose production and system challenges using data and domain knowledge to propose fixes.
Bridge feedback between customers and product teams to inform improvements.
Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
