Job summary

FieldCore Service Solutions International is seeking a Tooling Digital Operations Analyst in Malaysia to design, implement, and support AI-driven tooling solutions. You will build AI agents using Copilot Studio and AMP, create Power Automate and n8n workflows, and deliver BI insights with Power BI and QuickSight.

You will work with the Tooling Global Operations Team to optimize order fulfillment, data quality, and KPI maintenance, while advising on governance and best practices for AI platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related industry experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
• 2+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including DAX and data modeling
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or generative AI solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, Amazon Quick Suite, AMP)
• Experience in advanced data analytics with working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning concepts
• 2+ years in writing SQL queries
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and deploys AI agents to automate tooling workflows.
• Develops Power Automate flows and n8n workflows that connect AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Drives adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot through use-case identification and training.
• Maintains KPIs and delivers AI-enabled BI for tooling fulfillment using Power BI and QuickSight.
• Provides data analysis to support NCRs, disputes, and escalations.
• Collaborates with tool centers to develop field-driven AI agents and BI products.
• Establishes governance for AI agents and monitors usage and accuracy.
