Job summary

Monee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a focused AI Operations Analyst to drive automation and data-driven improvements across business processes. You will partner with internal teams to identify bottlenecks, design AI-enabled workflows, and implement practical solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy.

You'll leverage Python, SQL, and AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks, analyze performance metrics, and ensure scalable integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in AI implementation, process automation, data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor), or workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n) is an added advantage.
• Experience in AI prompting and prompt engineering, with the ability to craft, refine, and optimise prompts to achieve accurate outputs for business applications.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and propose practical AI-driven solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Identify and analyse manual, repetitive, and inefficient operational processes that can be streamlined through AI tools and automation.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational productivity.
• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows, automation scripts, and tools to support day-to-day operational processes.
• Support the testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions, ensuring their effectiveness, accuracy, and scalability.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption, provide guidance on AI tools, and support the integration of AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify potential applications within business operations.
