Job summary

LOCUS-T is seeking a Website Lead to own delivery, quality, and team performance across projects from planning to launch.

You'll supervise Web Designers and Developers, ensuring on-time delivery, strong UX, and secure, scalable websites while coaching the team and coordinating with cross-functional groups.

• Coordinate Across Teams – align with Sales, CRM, SEO, Paid Media and others to resolve issues.
• Improve Processes & Standards – enhance workflows, QA, documentation, automation and AI tools.

We’re looking for a Website Lead / Website Manager to take ownership of our website delivery, technical quality, and team performance.

You will lead a team of Web Designers and Web Developers, oversee website projects from planning to launch, and ensure every project is delivered on time and meets the required quality and technical standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Website Project Delivery – Oversee website projects from requirements, planning, design and development through testing, launch and handover.
• Manage Project Scope & Resources – Review project requirements, technical feasibility and timelines, and allocate team resources according to priorities and workload.
• Ensure Design & Technical Quality – Review websites for functionality, user experience, responsiveness, performance, security and maintainability before launch.
• Provide Technical Direction – Guide the team on CMS, website architecture, integrations, development approaches, testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead & Develop the Team – Manage the performance and workload of Web Designers and Web Developers while providing coaching, guidance and development support.
• Coordinate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, CRM, Technical Support, SEO, Paid Media and other teams to clarify requirements and resolve project issues.
• Improve Processes & Standards – Continuously improve website workflows, quality standards, documentation, automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant website experience, with project coordination, team leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Experience managing website projects from planning and development through testing and launch.
• Strong ownership, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable, with an interest in evolving website technologies, automation and AI tools.

Skills You’ll Need

• Strong website project management, planning and quality-control skills.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, website performance, security and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups and website migration.
• Familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD, Git or similar development tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and team-leadership skills.
