Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to drive digital and AI product delivery in the banking and wealth domain. You will own product roadmaps, translate business objectives into features, and collaborate with engineering, data and design teams to launch scalable solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization, prioritise work, manage backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM delivering technology products, digital platforms or applications.
• Ability to translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories and roadmaps.
• Proven backlog management skills with prioritisation based on value, feasibility and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and delivery of new digital products, including AI-enabled solutions and enhancements to existing products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Define product vision, objectives, priorities and delivery roadmaps.
• Translate objectives into requirements, features and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage product backlogs and prioritise effectively.
• Work with engineering, architecture, data and technology teams throughout product development.
• Support AI use-case assessment and AI-enabled product capabilities where relevant.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress.
• Monitor performance and adoption to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support scaling and continuous enhancement of products.
