DHL IT Services Cyberjaya is seeking a Recruiter to attract, engage and hire top talent to support DHL's business needs. You will work with hiring managers across the organization, manage the full lifecycle, and drive employer branding and process improvements.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, innovative sourcing approaches, and collaboration with global teams in a multinational setting. Hybrid work arrangement and modern offices are offered.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience with direct sourcing, talent mapping and hiring stakeholder management.
• Experience with competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing techniques.
