Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams on SDLC and e-invoicing projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into BRD/FRS and technical specs, supporting full SDLC, and coordinating UAT and testing. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BA roles and strong communication skills. Experience with ERP or finance systems and API familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst/Technical BA or similar.
• Hands-on SDLC experience.
• Experience in e-invoicing implementation or integration preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Support SDLC activities from planning to post-implementation.
• Assist e-invoicing implementation and ERP integration.
• Prepare BRD/FRS and user stories; coordinate UAT.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business needs.
