Job summary

Genpact in Malaysia is inviting applications for the Financial Planning & Analysis role. You will ensure the delivery of FP&A services, manage communication between vendors and internal customers, and drive performance improvement.

You will analyze financial metrics, develop improvement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaps and implement dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Relevant work experience in FP&A.
• English language skills (verbal and written).
• Good to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of MS Office; MS Excel experience is must to have.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
• Must be a positive and energetic team player.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
