• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong architectural mindset for enterprise networks and security.
• Excellent consultative and advisory skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Commercial mindset with exposure to quota-carrying environments or revenue-aligned roles.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences.
• Broad technical breadth across internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, capture requirements, map infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures and bespoke solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and act as primary engineering contact for the customer during lifecycle.
• Own expansion strategy with account executives and drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Act as trusted advisor across onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion with architecture guidance on AI controls and security posture.
• Leverage AI agents and workflow automation to handle routine tasks and enable strategic advisory.
• Partner with Enablement to create SOPs, best practices, and technical guides.
