Informa TechTarget is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Manager to directly impact client satisfaction and retention in our Penang, Malaysia office. You will produce customized client deliverables and analysis to support post-sales teams, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Success or Sales/RevOps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Familiarity with CS platforms and analytics (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, GoodData).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; data-driven in communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate client deliverables (emails, reports, presentations) using AI/automation.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for satisfaction, growth and risk mitigation.
• Support renewals and account growth through insights and collaboration.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time to produce high-quality client-ready outputs.
