Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an Operations Technical Lead to streamline content operations, drive data quality, and help migrate workflows toward AI-enabled automation across digital and print platforms.

You will partner with Editorial, Product, Engineering, and Operations to manage content conversion, troubleshoot data issues, lead UAT, and ensure delivery quality while supporting modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of experience in content operations, digital publishing, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with XML, XSD, and markup troubleshooting; familiarity with XSLT/XPath.
Experience monitoring content data flows and resolving production issues.
Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting skills.
High attention to detail and quality mindset.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong documentation skills.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage content conversion and troubleshoot data/workflow issues across digital and print.
Lead user acceptance testing and drive quality improvements.
Monitor content data pipelines from editorial through conversion to delivery.
Collaborate with Editorial, Product, Engineering, IT, vendors, and offshore teams to resolve blockers.
Identify automation opportunities and support modernization initiatives.
