Job summary

Pixlr Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, DevOps to lead cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations, overseeing deployments across AWS and container platforms. You will guide a skilled team toward operational excellence and ensure performance, security, and scalability.

The role covers CI/CD leadership, IaC automation with Terraform/Ansible, monitoring and observability, security governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with software engineering, QA, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and IaC with Terraform/Ansible.
• Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines in modern cloud environments.
• Excellent knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines for efficient code integration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee infrastructure automation and cloud platform management using IaC tools and AWS.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high platform availability.
• Integrate security best practices into deployment pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, product, and operations to deliver reliable infrastructure.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and establish deployment workflows and documentation.
