Job summary
U Mobile seeks a Specialist, AI and Automation Operations to design and run automation tools and AI-enabled workflows that speed up IT Helpdesk ticket resolution and improve accuracy. You will own the automation lifecycle, integrate APIs and data sources, and build reliable, auditable processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Hands-on automation development experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate requirements into practical use cases and production solutions.
- Integrate APIs, data sources, and ITSM platforms into automated workflows.
- Apply version control, testing, release, and change-management practices.
- Monitor AI agents, prompts, and MPC integrations for accuracy and reliability.
- Develop operational dashboards and reports for AI/automation initiatives.
