Randstad Malaysia is seeking a visionary leader for the QAT department to bridge auditing, technology, and ESG with AI-driven solutions. You will drive adoption of advanced tools, enhance audit quality, and collaborate with partners and audit teams to elevate technical excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership in AIS, ESG frameworks, and methodology development while shaping the firm's future in a Big 4–like context within a forward-looking professional services firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW) preferred.
• 5–12 years external audit experience depending on level.
• Strong knowledge of ISA, ISQM 1 & 2, MFRS/IFRS, and Bursa Malaysia requirements.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Audit Technical Advisory: provide technical consultations on accounting and auditing issues.
• Audit Methodology & Quality Management: enhance audit methodology and quality controls.
• ESG Audit & Assurance: develop ESG assurance capabilities and guidance on frameworks.
• AI Transformation: lead AI initiatives and create internal AI tools.
• Workflow Automation: identify opportunities to automate audit procedures and workflows.
• Knowledge & Governance: build AI-backed knowledge bases and governance policies.
