Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in application/production support, DevOps, or IT operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior support engineers and DevOps professionals.
Oversee incident triage, prioritization, investigation, escalation, and resolution.
Ensure SLA/OLA targets are achieved and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Drive automation and AI-powered improvements across operations and support processes.
Coordinate daily stand-ups, reviews, and progress tracking for incidents and projects.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
