NIQ is seeking a senior AI/BI leader to embed AI-driven processes across data sourcing, connectivity and reporting. You will drive smarter workflows and automate processes using AI tools such as Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on grasp of AI/LLM concepts and tools with enthusiasm for AI developments.
• Programming/scripting experience (Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar).
• Experience in data sourcing, data integration, and BI reporting environments; data modelling knowledge.
• Can-do, forward-thinking mindset; proactive and adaptable to ambiguity.
• Confident communicator; able to present to and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional efforts to embed AI/LLM into data sourcing, connectivity and reporting.
• Identify and build automation and AI opportunities across BI, quality tracking and CS workflows.
• Support build-out and scaling of AI tools like Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
• Ensure data standards and outputs remain the single source of truth.
• Design proactive alerting to flag client health and escalation signals to stakeholders.
• Streamline workflows; reduce reliance on costly CRM licenses via automation.
• Represent the team to stakeholders and stay current on AI developments.
