U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a professional to bridge business needs and technical execution through workflow discovery, scoping, and recommending automation solutions—from manual to AI-driven—and by building configurations or documentation for seamless handoff to technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in AI or automation, strong communication, and familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, WABA concepts, and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year hands-on AI or automation building — LLM APIs, AI agent configuration, or similar.
• Experience with requirements gathering or process mapping is preferred or mandatory for candidate with background in business analysis, product, operations, or consulting.
• Great communication skills and ability to work directly with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business needs and technical execution by conducting workflow discovery and scoping.
• Recommend appropriate automation solutions, from manual to AI-driven, and work with the Senior role.
• Build configurations or documentation that hand off to technical teams.
• Document discovery findings and build decisions clearly for Tech to pick up without rebuild.
