Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on AI Product & Automation Specialist to turn ideas into working solutions in a fintech context. Based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid work, the role focuses on AI-powered workflows, bots, API integrations, and automation.

You will build and test prototypes, integrate LLMs and AI tools, and collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into working solutions. 1-3 years experience in AI/automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, software development, or system integration.
• Familiar with Python, REST API, webhooks, databases, or automation platforms.
• Exposure to LLMs, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and enjoys learning and testing new technologies.
• Able to independently build a working prototype and explain how it works.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows, bots, and automation for real business use cases.
• Integrate LLMs, AI tools, APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and internal systems.
• Develop automation using Python, n8n, webhooks, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Identify manual processes and propose practical automation solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI and automation workflows.
• Work with internal teams to turn business requirements into working solutions.
