Job summary

Nintex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that power intelligent automation across business processes. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable AI systems, evaluate new AI technologies, and maintain data pipelines for training and validation.

A strong background in Python and ML frameworks is required, with experience in NLP or computer vision considered a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/ML or related field.
Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production.
Strong Python skills; familiar with TF or PyTorch.
Solid ML knowledge: supervised, unsupervised, RL.
Experience in NLP or CV is desirable.
Collaborative cross-functional teamwork and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI models to enhance Nintex’s workflow automation platform.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable production systems.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to ensure innovative application.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and datasets necessary for training and validating AI models.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing of AI development best practices within the team.
