Job summary

Allianz Services in Malaysia seeks an experienced AI automation engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent automation solutions. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and ensure production-ready systems with monitoring and CI/CD.

You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, integrate with enterprise APIs and Azure OpenAI, and promote best engineering practices across projects. Malaysian/Singaporean candidates only.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML or LLM-based automation.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent).
• Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.).
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution
