Job summary

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered business applications.

Identify and evaluate business processes suitable for AI and automation.

Research, recommend, and implement AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Support the development and deployment of AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and automation workflows.

Assist in defining AI roadmaps and adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.

Business Process Automation

Design and implement workflow automation using AI and low-code/no-code platforms.

Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and collaboration platforms.

Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects for emerging AI technologies.

AI Operations & Governance

Monitor AI system performance, accuracy, and user adoption.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and AI governance standards.

Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories, and AI implementation guidelines.

Manage AI licenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.

User Enablement & Training

Conduct AI awareness sessions and user training programs.

Provide guidance on prompt engineering and effective AI tool utilization.

Develop user guides, best practices, and training materials.

Act as an internal AI champion and advisor for business stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or AI-related roles.

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

Experience in implementing automation solutions is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered business applications.

Familiarity with:

• OpenAI APIs
• Google AI platforms
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)

Basic knowledge of:

• Python
• SQL
• API integration
• Data analytics and visualization tools

Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, or Automation.

Experience with prompt engineering and AI governance frameworks.

Familiarity with ISO 27001, cybersecurity practices, and data privacy regulations.

Experience working in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or enterprise environments is an advantage.
