Job summary

Contego - Global Talent Solutions is seeking an AI Agentics Bridger within Information Technology for the APAC/SEA region. You will translate agent outputs into practical business actions across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and Commercial, building trust and driving adoption through hands-on engagement.

This role is essential to ensure our AI investments translate into real, adopted change; you will train, support, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed deployments into daily work.

Qualifications

• Established cross-functional credibility with strong relationships and trust across teams, markets or client accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain AI-driven change in practical terms.
• Track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes or ways of working.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a strategic enabler, not just a productivity tool, and comfortable training others through change.
• Experience across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal or Commercial functions is welcomed but not essential.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business users.
• Experience working in a fast-paced change environment.
