Job summary

FAS AGRITECH (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Agriculture Specialist based in Kg. Raja, Cameron Highlands to diagnose grower issues and provide technical support for vegetable and orchard crops.

You will promote crop-health solutions, conduct field trials, deliver grower trainings, and collect field data while reporting insights to the team, with travel to Bukit Gambir and nearby areas in Johor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
• Degree/diploma in Science/biology or related field.
• Degree/diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to vegetable and orchard growers.
• Diagnose agronomic issues related to nutrition, soil health, pests and diseases.
• Recommend fertilizer, bio-stimulant and bio-fertilizer programs.
• Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
• Deliver grower training, field days and technical presentations.
• Collect field data and report market insights to the team.
