Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems experience.
• Hands-on agentic engineering: orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, observability and failure handling.
• Strong command of the Microsoft AI stack or equivalent depth on another stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Forward Deployed Engineer track as a player-coach.
• Bridge business priorities to production-grade AI solutions for clients.
• Define and advance the AI-native engineering model for Avanade Next.
