Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Account Manager (3-5 months) in Kuala Lumpur to support the Client Director, coordinating projects from brief through delivery while keeping timelines, budgets, and expectations on track.

You'll collaborate with creative, strategy, media, production and other teams to bring client briefs to life, staying client-focused, highly organized and commercially aware in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising, creative, media, or integrated agency environment.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines and budgets.
• Collaborative and commercially minded, with understanding of how agency capabilities work together.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable team player, able to contribute from day one in a freelance role.

Responsibilities

• Support client account delivery: manage day-to-day activities, align priorities, deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Manage client relationships and communication: provide updates, respond to inquiries, manage expectations.
• Project manage campaigns and communications plans: timelines, budgets, milestones, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: bring together capabilities to deliver creative solutions.
• Drive quality and commercial value: improve efficiency, innovation, and margins while maintaining quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams: offer direction and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project reporting: update timelines, budgets, risks, and status to clients and stakeholders.
