Job summary

Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Manager / Assistant Manager (Aftersales) to lead the Service Centre and Workshop operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on supervising the Aftersales team, driving service quality, and meeting KPI targets while maintaining strong customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive Aftersales or service centre operations, with leadership experience and a solid understanding of workshop processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Aftersales or Service Centre operations
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of automotive workshop operations and customer service
• Able to manage daily operations and solve problems effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Service Centre and Workshop
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Aftersales team, including Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor workshop productivity, job progress, service quality, and turnaround time
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective handling of customer complaints
• Drive departmental performance and achieve service, sales, and KPI targets
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Prepare and submit operational reports when required
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, coaching, and training
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
