Job summary

Sunway Money is seeking a motivated intern to serve as a liaison between our clients and Sunway Money, investigating and troubleshooting operational issues to keep services running smoothly. You will monitor performance, ensure the quality of service for clients and partners, and propose practical solutions to resolve problems, expediting corrections and coordinating with the relevant Persons-in-Charge.

This role offers exposure to daily operations, risk mitigation initiatives, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Internship opportunities of 4-6 months or more with potential for full-time employment thereafter.
• Pleasant personality, result oriented, able to work in a team, and proactive.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between Sunway Money and Clients/Partners to investigate and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance on both Clients and Partners, and ensure that the quality of services provided meet their expectations.
• Propose solutions to solve the problems that clients face, expedite correction and follow up to ensure resolution in timely manner while coordinating between related Persons-in-Charge and Clients.
• Support in strategizing ways to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks in daily operations by analysing and improving existing processes, enhancing workflows and proposing automation initiatives.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
