We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused After-Sales Specialist to maximize revenue after initial vehicle sales. You will work directly with clients post-sale to recommend premium custom upgrades—such as custom starlight headliners, ambient lighting, carbon fiber components, and other high-value interior/exterior accessories.

Key responsibilities

Consult with clients after initial sales to identify customization goals and preferences.

Present and demonstrate aftermarket products, including starlight headliners, ambient lighting packages, audio upgrades, and cosmetic accessories.

Build accurate quotations, close upsells, and coordinate installation schedules with the workshop team.

Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on current automotive trends, aftermarket technology, and product offerings.

Stationed at the 4S store, responsible for accessories sales, providing professional product introduction and sales services.

Coordinate with in-store sales consultants to guide accessories sales.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and boost store performance.

About you

Proven experience in automotive sales, aftermarket accessories, or luxury retail upselling.

Passion for vehicle customization and strong knowledge of aftermarket interior/exterior trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Able to work independently and demonstrate teamwork spirit.

Have basic knowledge of and interest in automotive accessories.

Candidates with experience as 4S sales consultant, accessories salesperson or tint shop triple-film upgrade experience are preferred.
