Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited, headquartered in Malaysia, is seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate Operations Assistant to support campaigns, manage sample fulfillment, and coordinate activities across regions.

You will work in a hybrid setup between our HQ and factory, handling inquiries, maintaining KOL databases, and ensuring timely delivery of samples while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, or Logistics required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee).
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel between HQ and factory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily affiliate operations and campaigns across regions.
• Handle sample fulfillment: pick/pack/ship to KOLs/affiliates.
• Support hybrid operations between HQ and factory for distribution and logistics.
• Track sample requests with proper records and status updates.
• Respond to affiliate/KOL inquiries via chat, messaging platforms, or email.
• Maintain affiliate databases and KOL contact lists.
• Monitor content submissions to meet campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with Affiliate/Partnership Executive on ongoing projects.

Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited (“Samurai 2K” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading aerosol coating specialist with a focus on high performance coating solutions for the automotive refinishing and refurbishing industry. We are principally engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of our products under our own brands. Headquartered in Malaysia, our products are manufactured in our production facility located in Johor and are distributed in more than four countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, United Kingdom, United States of America and Singapore.

Job Description:

• 1) Assist in handling daily affiliate operations, supporting the execution of campaigns and activities across regions.
• 2) Manage and coordinate sample fulfillment processes, including: - Picking, packing and preparing product samples. - Coordinating with warehouse and factory teams. - Ensuring accurate and timely delivery to KOLs / affiliates.
• 3) Support hybrid work operations between HQ and factory for smooth sample distribution and logistics coordination.
• 4) Track and update sample request records, ensuring proper documentation and status updates for all outgoing items.
• 5) Assist in responding to affiliate/KOL inquiries via chat, messaging platforms, or email regarding: - Sample requests - Campaign participation - Basic program information
• 6) Help maintain and organize affiliate databases, including KOL contact lists and participation tracking.
• 7) Assist in monitoring content submissions from KOLs to ensure they meet basic campaign requirements.
• 8) Work closely with the Affiliate/Partnership Executive to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
