PARADIGM AEROSPACE SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities in a manufacturing setting in Malaysia. The role focuses on subcon planning, procurement, supplier management and logistics to support uninterrupted production.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 8+ years in supply chain and at least 5 years in leadership. Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, negotiation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement & sourcing, subcon planning, purchasing or logistics.
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
Experience managing local and international suppliers.
Knowledge of MRP, subcon planning, procurement, sourcing and inventory management.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capability.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including subcon planning, procurement, sourcing, material control, inventory and logistics.
Develop material control strategies to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor material requirements, inventory levels, lead times and shortages.
Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
Lead sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor and approve purchase orders for timely materials delivery.
Optimize inventory levels and minimize excess/obsolete stock.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for inbound/outbound deliveries.
Identify supply chain risks and create contingency plans.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
Establish and monitor KPIs: OTD, availability, inventory accuracy and cost savings.
Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
