GE Aerospace Engine Services Malaysia (GEESM) in Subang is offering a FLIGHT DECK Intern opportunity to support lean transformation on the shop floor. You will gain hands‑on experience with 5S, Daily Visual Management, Standard Work, data collection and analysis, and Kaizen event support.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or Materials Engineering and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong communicator with ability to work independently on the shop floor.

Responsabilités

• Support 5S, workplace organization, and visual management across the shopfloor.
• Assist with setup and upkeep of Daily Management boards and standard work displays.
• Conduct time studies and data collection to support improvement efforts.
• Document Standard Work and identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Support Kaizen events and trainings through preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Track basic performance metrics and organize information for FLIGHT DECK activities.
