Job summary
Bosch Group Malaysia is offering a internship position in Penang, Batu Kawan. You will support the Quality Engineer by updating documentation in the Online Process Compass, maintaining the change management master list, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
The role also involves assisting with customer complaint analysis, data recording, and supporting ESD, calibration, and 14Q activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Pursuing full-time Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Admin, or Engineering/Technology.
- Strong communication, cooperative, and assertive personality.
- Independent, reliable, results- and quality-oriented.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, presentation, and IT skills.
- Good English and Malay language proficiency.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-skill tasks.
- Preferable 6 months or more of internship.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Process Compass docs by updating and releasing them timely.
- Assist Change Management master list maintenance.
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
- Support customer complaint analysis, sorting, simulation, and data recording.
- Support ESD, Calibration and 14Q activities as needed.
- Update other quality records as necessary.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
