TE CONNECTIVITY OPERATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administration professional to manage attendance, timesheets and payroll support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, handling leave records, verifying timesheets, generating workforce reports, and providing daily administrative support to the operations team. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential.
Possesses expertise in office administration, actively facilitating office procedures, and playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor and track employee attendance, clock-in/clock-out records, and shift schedules.
Review attendance data and investigate discrepancies, missed punches, and attendance exceptions.
Ensure attendance records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.

Process and maintain employee leave records in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with employees and supervisors to ensure proper documentation and approvals for leave applications.
Verify timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, overtime, and leave-related information.
Resolve timesheet discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Generate regular reports on attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and workforce metrics.
Ensure compliance with attendance policies, labor regulations, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and operational requirements.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and workforce-related administrative activities
Diploma, Certificate, SPM/STPM, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum2-3 years of experiencein administration, HR coordination, workforce administration, or operations support.
Experience in attendance management, timesheet administration, or payroll support is an advantage.
Good proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland other Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity withTime & Attendance Systems, HRIS, or workforce management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Typically requires 3-4 years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
