Job summary

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERCAMPUS LIFESTYLE SECTIONUNIKL BIS

(Lot 4-12, Quill City Mall, 1016, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur)

KEY ROLES :

  • Plan and implement tasks related to the management of UniKL Business School’s sports activities, including the formation and coordination of athletes.
  • Prepare proposals and annual budgets for athlete contingents and overall sports management.
  • Produce monthly reports covering budgeting, sports development activities, athlete participation, and sports events organized by the campus.
  • Develop a system to manage and monitor sports facilities and equipment.
  • Identify and support students with sports talent to help them reach higher levels of competition.
  • Ensure all tasks and processes comply with SDCL policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Plan and propose improvements for upgrading UniKL Business School’s sports facilities.
  • Assist in implementing new assignments or activities related to continuous improvement (CL).
  • Support and oversee activities, proposals, and the establishment of all Sports and Recreational Clubs or Societies.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in education sector management and organizing events or student activities is essential.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Skills in multimedia and graphic editing (e.g., Open Broadcaster Software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are preferred.
