Job summary

International Islamic University Malaysia invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant (Clerical/Operation) (Grade N1) on a contract basis. The role supports the Research Management Centre, assisting daily offices, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.

Candidates should have SPM or equivalent, basic IT and MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment. Only Malaysian citizens are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
