Job summary

Konfulon New Energy SDN.BHD is seeking a responsible Admin Executive / Admin Clerk to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will handle daily administrative work, data entry, and sales documentation using AutoCount while supporting sales and warehouse teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently, with training provided and a performance bonus depending on results.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software is required.
• Previous admin/sales/admin accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with good data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Use AutoCount to prepare and issue invoices, DOs, quotations and POs.
• Perform daily data entry and update sales records in AutoCount.
• Maintain and organize invoices, DOs and company documents.
• Assist with sales order processing and coordinate with sales team.
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock and order fulfilment.
• Prepare basic reports and records using Excel.
• Handle filing, printing, scanning and general office duties.
• Assist with customer enquiries and basic sales administration.
