Job summary

DOD Worldwide Supply is seeking passionate field sales professionals to develop the company’s customer base, including corporate, educational institutions, and government agencies. You will visit customers, present products, and provide quotations to close orders.

The role rewards a basic salary with commission and performance incentives. Training is provided, and EPF/SOCSO/EIS benefits apply. A five-day work week is expected, with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
• Sales experience is an advantage, fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in communication and negotiation.
• Willing to make customer visits and drive to customers.
• Training provided for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers across corporate, schools, universities, government, and private agencies.
• Make customer visits (field sales) to build relationships and generate orders.
• Present products and services and provide quotations.
• Follow up to secure orders and meet monthly sales targets.
• Update sales activities in the company system and coordinate with Operations & Production.

Key responsibilities

Find new customers (Corporate, Schools, Universities, Government & Private Agencies)

Make customer visits (field sales)

Build good relationships with existing customers

Make product and service presentations

Provide quotations and follow up until successfully obtaining orders

Achieve monthly sales targets

Update sales activities in the company system

Collaborate with Operation & Production teams to ensure orders run smoothly

About you

Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field

Sales experience is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Possess a driving license and own vehicle

Proficient in communication and negotiation

Highly motivated and able to work independently

Willing to make customer visits

Basic Salary + Commission (depending on experience)
