Job summary

MYSA Living Trading in Kajang, Malaysia, is hiring for an entry-level administrative role. Fresh graduates are welcomed; training will be provided, and familiarity with Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred. You will handle data entry, invoicing, and coordination with customers and suppliers.

The position offers daily pay at RM120 with a 2.5% sales commission; weekend fair participation is optional and may lead to extra income, with standard benefits provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required
• Training will be provided
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative work, filing and data entry
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders
• Assist with customer, supplier and delivery coordination
• Maintain sales, stock and business records
• Assist with basic accounting and documentation
• Follow up on orders, payments and customer enquiries
• Support general business operations; optional Weekend Sales Opportunity/Candidates may also participate as a Sales Promoter during exhibitions/fairs on Saturdays and Sundays.
