This multifaceted role combines administrative tasks, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure our healthcare equipment reaches customers efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, procurement or logistics in healthcare equipment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in healthcare equipment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & compile proposals for hospital quotations, projects/tenders and E-Perolehan.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and post-warranty service contracts with biomedical engineers.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries through logistics management.
• Oversee equipment rental operations and documentation.
• Create and manage Delivery Orders, invoices, and quotations with accuracy.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the Hospital and Home Healthcare equipment industry? We are seeking aadmin, operation and warehouse associateto join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines administrative, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure our healthcare equipment solutions reach the right customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing & compiling proposals for hospital quotations, projects/tenders and E-Perolehan.

Schedule, manage and coordinate planned preventive maintenance and post-warranty service contracts upon coordination with our biomedical engineers, oversee their accurate implementation.

Maintain inventory records, guaranteeing adequate stock levels.

Efficiently coordinate equipment deliveries through logistics management.

Oversee equipment rental operations and documentation.

Create and manage customer documentation such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities, able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Knowledge of AutoCount software is an advantage.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Prior experience in healthcare equipment, medical device, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

With procurement/logistics/warehousing experience will be an added advantage.
