HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks an experienced actuarial leader to drive IFRS 17 production and country lead responsibilities for the group. You will oversee cross-unit analysis, validate results and manage stakeholder expectations across Group functions and business units.

You will coach a skilled actuarial team, allocate resources efficiently, and coordinate with data analytics and finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fellowship status with an internationally recognized actuarial body.
• 6–8 years of actuarial experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 17 valuation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead IFRS 17 production and country lead responsibilities for assigned units.
• Manage resources and coordinate data analytics, finance systems and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the actuarial team to meet performance standards.
