Job summary

Always Marketing is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary liaison between clients and the agency, handling relationships with strong interpersonal skills.

You will work with clients and internal teams to craft pitch ideas, concepts, and campaign plans, while nurturing accounts and pursuing opportunities to grow revenue across SEA. The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Adv Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ account management experience in Marketing (AT L, BTL, Digital, Social, Retail/Shopper).
• Confident pitching techniques and ability to own projects.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact between client and agency; manage client relationships with strong people skills.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams on pitches, concepts and campaign plans.
• Nurture accounts and identify opportunities to grow account potential.
• Communicate with client teams at various levels to address needs.
