Job summary

Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to be the main client contact for activation plans and overall deliverables. You will lead end-to-end event planning, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure timely, compliant execution.

Responsibilities include managing team rosters, logistics, on-site setup, packing, reporting, and inventory control while traveling across Malaysia to activate campaigns and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and related qualifications from public or private institutions in any field.
• Proficient with Excel; Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• 6 years of experience in retail sales and events/promotions.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to travel to activation sites across Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
• Own transport with valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, and third parties.
• Prepare rosters, payroll, attendance, and staff claims.
• Monitor equipment, logistics, and inventory for activations.
• Provide timely reporting and post-event reviews.
• Oversee setup, dismantling, and adherence to SOPs.
