Job summary

Xsolla Curine Academy is seeking an Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead institutional compliance across the academy’s offerings in Malaysia. You will drive TVET/SKM program accreditations, oversee PB submissions, and ensure adherence to JPK guidelines.

You will map training methodologies to NOSS, manage safety and licensing with BOMBA and local councils, and prepare SOPs, Quality Manuals, and Training Plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Malaysian TVET/SKM regulatory frameworks and PB accreditation processes.
• Experience leading statutory submissions and regulatory audits.
• Ability to map training methodologies to NOSS standards (e.g., SKM L3).
• Familiarity with BOMBA, Local Council licensing, and facility compliance.

• Map training methodologies against NOSS targets for SKM L3 programs.
• Oversee premises and safety compliance (BOMBA, Local Council) and conduct mock audits for JPK readiness.
• Draft and finalize SOPs, Quality Manuals, Assessment Plans, and Training Plans per JPK guidelines.
• Coordinate with management on program rollouts and student registration readiness.

Job description

Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs Manager

Lead institutional compliance, drive TVET/SKM program accreditations, and spearhead regulatory frameworks across academy offerings at Xsolla Curine Academy.

Key responsibilities

Lead all statutory submissions, audits, and compliance requirements to secure Pusat Bertauliah (PB) approval and official PB code issuance via the MySPIKE / eSPK systems.

Own the mapping of training methodologies (conventional, dual, modular) against National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS)—focusing on initial programs such as SKM L3 (3D Production Operation).

Oversee premises and safety compliance (BOMBA, Local Council, facility specifications) and execute mock audits to ensure total readiness for JPK verification site visits.

Draft and finalize administrative SOPs, Quality Manuals, Assessment Plans, and Training Plans (Rancangan Latihan) in accordance with the latest JPK guidelines.

Coordinate with management and operational teams on program rollouts, student registration readiness, and growth opportunities as course offerings expand.

About you

Solid experience in Malaysian TVET/SKM regulatory frameworks, JPK accreditation, and successful Pusat Bertauliah setup.

In-depth working knowledge of JPK guidelines, MySPIKE portal operations, NOSS frameworks, BOMBA requirements, and local council licensing.

Familiarity with trainer competency criteria, VTO (Vocational Trainer Option) certifications, and SKM/DKM/DLKM requirements.

Strong ability to lead compliance audits, liaise directly with government officers, and manage time-bound submission milestones.
