MoneyMax (Southern) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, monthly and yearly closings, and daily financial operations in Johor Bahru.

The role requires 3–5 years' relevant experience, diploma level education, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. The successful candidate will oversee accounting systems and internal controls, ensure compliance with statutory

Qualificações

• Diploma Advanced or Higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for full sets of accounts monthly and yearly accounts closing.
• Maintain journal entries and prepare for reconciliation reports.
• Daily accounting operations; ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Oversee the organization’s financial accounting systems, structures, processes and internal controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial reports and returns in compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaise with bankers, tax agents, internal auditors and external auditors.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
