Job summary

Language Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an accountant to support month-end closing, prepare monthly management reports, and monitor cash flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify vendor invoices, process payments, liaise with vendors, assist in budgeting, and support audits. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential. This role requires confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting knowledge; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic operation and accounting system application.
• Accuracy and meticulous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to adapt to a fast pace environment.
• Deadline oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Freight forwarding experience and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Preparation of monthly management reports.
• Monitoring of cash flow and preparation of cash flow report.
• Verify and match vendor invoices.
• Preparation and processing of vendors payment & reimbursement.
• To liaise with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly/monthly operating analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation & explanations.
• To undertake other assignment from Management.
• Good coordination and proper task allocation to meet reporting deadlines given.
• Control and maintain good custody over accounting documents.
• Keeping sufficient records per local regulations.
• All internal information related to payroll, profitability etc is confidential and care must be taken to maintain confidentiality.
