Job summary

ARENA INTERNATIONAL SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing F&B team and keep our numbers accurate.

You will handle daily accounts payable/receivable, prepare vouchers and assist with month-end close. Salary ranges from RM3,500 to RM5,000 depending on position and experience. Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Accounting and Finance with 1–2 years (Assistant), 2–4 years (Executive) or equivalent closing

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 1–2 years for Assistant, 2–4 years for Executive, or proven closing/review experience for Senior Executive.
• Proficiency in UBS or SQL accounting software.
• F&B industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments and receipts.
• Prepare payment vouchers and reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.
• Support month-end closing, accounting reports, e-Invoice and SST matters.
• Keep records organised and assist with audits.
• Work with suppliers and outlet teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Senior Executives will also review entries, coordinate closing and guide junior colleagues.
