Job summary

Carleton ES is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to maintain accounting principles and ensure timely financial statements. You will manage AR aging, process payments, issue receipts, and support SAP operations, while liaising with auditors.

You will prepare monthly statements and management reports, handle ad-hoc analyses, and provide finance support to the team. Malaysian applicants only welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR aging and manage customer payments, outstanding invoices, and performance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and ad hoc reports.
• Issue receipts for cheques or cash payments and debit/credit notes for ad hoc charges.
• Assist to handle SAP system related operational issues.
• Send monthly statements to customers.
• Provide simple administrative support for Finance and Accounts Dept.
• Assist in liaison with external auditors.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from Financial Controller, Regional Head and Director.
