Respack Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing, collections and reconciliation to support cash flow and minimize bad debts.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely payments, accurate recording, and clear reporting. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate AR ageing, assist in month-end close, and contribute to audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and distribute customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and promptly.
• Record and allocate customer payments in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Prepare periodic accounts receivable ageing reports and collection status updates.
