Xplor Technologies in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records, supporting timely month-end and year-end closing and adherence to accounting standards.

You will manage end-to-end AP, GL, and corporate bank accounts, verify invoices in Oracle, and generate essential reports while collaborating with teams across countries and time zones. This role reports to the Finance Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Accounting, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience managing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across countries/time zones.

Mansioni

• Report to the Finance Manager and manage end-to-end AP, Corporate Bank Accounts, GL and month-end/year-end close procedures.
• Check and verify AP invoices and enter into Oracle.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain information and statements of account.
• Create bank payments to suppliers/3rd parties accurately and timely.
• Process credit card expenses end-to-end and assist with required reporting.
